Dropping Knowledge

Can a single question make a change? Dropping knowledge believes that positive action begins with the act of questioning. Therefore, dropping knowledge started a campaign to collect questions from all over the world. Over the course of a year the public was encouraged to submit questions. Each day one question was matched with an editorial photograph to create a »daily ad« that encouraged an online debate on the specific subjects. In creating these daily adds, a lot of attention was paid to finding the right tension between words and images. Furthermore, on September 9, 2006, dropping knowledge brought together 112 social visionaries from 60 different countries to answer 100 questions selected by the public around the »Table of Free Voices« in Berlin.
